BEC is divided into six autonomous pavillions and prepared to recieve the most demanding visitor and exhibitor. They have a size of 15,000, 21,000 and 27,000 m2, the largest, called Pavilion Arena, is for multipurpose use.

In addition to the pavillions of unity and a pavillion of 2,800 square meters with high quality finishes, it counts with a congress centre of 18,000 square meters, 6,500 square meters devoted to offices and 37,000 square meters of theatre.

The atrium building consists of a pedestrian street of 20,000 square meters, services of 10,000 square meters and restaurants that will occupy 7,000 square meters. BEC is a unique design also for his location. Unlike other fairs that are located in the suburbs, BEC is located in an  urban spot in development, and therefore all their facades are covered with a semi-transparent metalic skin, seeking to give a consistent picture and kind of an environment yesteryear known for the hosting industry.

By entering a pavilion, visitors will have a global perspective of the compound, and that the entry is in a higher level of exposure to the area.
