The completion of phase one will provide more than 28,500sqm of exhibition space. The completion of phase 2 will supply an additional 27,000sqm providing a total exhibition space of 55,000sqm including the atrium. In addition to this will be a stunning 18,000sqm concourse - creating one of the largest purpose built exhibition facilities in the Middle East.

The flexibility of the flat-floored, interconnected halls offer endless possibilities for all types of exhibitions and events and this is complemented by extensive conference and banqueting facilities.

The venue has 55,000sqm of inter-connected hall space and banqueting areas for up to 800 people.

It counts with car parking for 8,450 vehicles.
