Sicur 08: Security Line incorporates the technological patent "Perspiration System" to its Tao Safety footwear
Sicur 08: This system eliminates the humidity from the footwear due to continuous use, keeping the feet dry and at an optimum temperature.
The safety footwear manufacturer Security Line continues researching to develop the most suitable footwear for workers however difficult their working conditions are.
Therefore, their latest new product wants to prevent the uncomfortable feeling of humidity in footwear. Given that the human body produces perspiration to regulate its temperature, it is normal for the feet to perspire. The patented "Perspiration System" eliminates the humidity from the inside of the footwear gradually, allowing the ideal micro-climate for the feet to be maintained, keeping them dry and at a suitable temperature. This system has a membrane inside it that is breathable and waterproof that does not allow water to enter, at the same time as providing a high level of perspiration. It is a system developed in Security Line's laboratories through which thermal comfort, a reduction in humidity and greater comfort for the feet have been achieved. Basically, it is formed by a ventilation channel in the boot's waist, totally waterproofed from the outside using a Sympatex membrane. As it goes along the foot's arch, the area chosen is ideal because the movement of the foot boost the system's qualities.
Applications A large part of the market is seeking greater comfort in its footwear, but in the extreme cases of perspiration it is an unsurpassable solution. This is achieved thanks to a ventilation chamber on the bridge or waist of the boot, which makes possible foot ventilation creating a much greater thermal comfort than any other footwear without this system. Furthermore, it affects the foot in the following way: + Ventilation. + Thermal Comfort. + Absorption of perspiration. + Perspiration. For many workers, sweat on their feet is unavoidable; therefore the application of this technology to safety footwear allows the problems caused by an excess of perspiration to be avoided. Therefore, it provides an increase in comfort which causes a reduction in the negative aspects that affect drops in productivity due to foot problems and in general, in less comfort. In addition to this, the materials featured in the system are designed to promote the user's comfort, influencing the decrease in weight, such as the aluminium toe cap, the PU+NITRILE soles that allow top benefits regarding non-slip, contact heat resistance (up to 300º), abrasive strength, resistance to hydrolysis, hydrocarbons and tearing. Finally, Kevlar insoles are flexible, temperature insulating and pierce resistant.
