INDUSTRIAS PUIGJANER S.A. are specialists in all techniques of deformation or rotation for plate and tube manufacture. The company was established in 1885 and has the oldest machine-tool manufacturer license in Spain.
Our technical department carries out the engineering studies and seeks to analyse the potential difficulties faced by the customer in the manufacturing process. Then, it endeavours to find the solution with the appropriate designs combined with the ideal process and the most applicable machine to make the final product efficiently.
Our extensive experience in machinery to form plate and tube by rotational methods allows us to collaborate with different industries such as automobile industry, ventilation, lighting, household items, pressure bottles, defense, boiler making, and gifts.
Our machine-tools are sold worldwide under the registered trade mark: DENN.
85% of our products are exported to countries such as: Italy, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Portugal, Holland, Scandinavian Countries, Canada, U.S.A and Mexico among others.
The procedures used by INDUSTRIAS PUIGJANER S.A. are according to ISO-9001 standards. State-of-the-art-technology is used to manufacture all machines, designed by our technicians, and these machine-tools are built with materials from very well known international firms.
A high experienced & qualified technical Team constitutes the DENN After-Sales Department (SAT).
Our CNC machines can be supplied with a remote Tele-Assistance System that connects with our Central Computer System by Modem.
A Highly developed Software created after more than 20 years building up CNC machines, allows checking the Equipment and making the diagnosis of 90% of the possible fails as well as to assist the user in the operating programs.
In 2004 Industrias Puigjaner successfully finished with the enlargement of its facilities. Now, there is a new building with 1300 square meters, so the production times of our machines on series and special projects have been reduced.
During Maquitec Fair, DENN exposes a new spinning machine, called GENN-100, up to 1000 swing, equipped with a motion control and using the well-known replay technology, using sticks to make the initial part.
