We are “high density” Alumina (Al2O3) grinding media producer (balls, cylinders and bricks for linings). As CTI Cerámica Técnica Industrial, S.A. we started producing in 1984, becoming immediately the most important local market supplier mainly at the Ceramic Industry. Early 90’s we significally increased our production creating at the same time an strong, and very active export department, which actually have let us to compete in more than 35 countries in the world. Nowadays we are exporting a 75% of our total production capacity and even we are market leaders in some of those countries. During a period of almost seven years (from 1997 to 2003) we were part of Ferro Corporation and today we belong to a financial group called CERCO Llc under the name of CTI GRINDING MEDIA, S.L. WE ARE THE ONLY PRODUCER IN SPAIN OF SUCH PRODUCTS.

The range of products we manufacture is as follows:

- Alumina Balls: Ø 60, 50, 45, 40, 20, 25 and 20 mm.
- Alumina Cylinders: Ø 32 x 32, 25 x 25, 19 x 19 and 13 x 13 mm.
- Alumina linings for ball mills: thickness 45, 50, 65 and 75 mm.

Our Grinding media products are used for milling (grinding) all kind of raw materials at the following industries:

- Ceramics (floor and wall tiles, mosaics, glass, sanitary ware, tableware)
- White cement
- Mining and raw material suppliers
- Frit, pigment, glaze, color producers
- Painting plants

The market demand of “high density” Alumina grinding media products is increasing year after year due to their efficiency, lowest contamination of the product and energy saving.
