B.Lux sa a Construmat 2007
The B.LUX Group (B.lux, S.A. - Vanlux, S.A.) came about from the transformation of business experience in the form of a co-operative (Herriola, S.Coop.), which began in Markina in 1980.
At the beginning of the 1980s, our first steps into the world of design were taken at the hand of the designer, Guillermo Capdevila, (+) with an illumination collection (Belux System), which was widely accepted by the American market. In 1987, as a result of collaboration with the designer Jorge Pensi, the illumination collections in polished aluminium (Regina and Olympia) were born, launching our collection on the European market and the rest of the world, associating the image of B.lux with aluminium. In 1989, B.Lux, S.A. and Vanlux, S.A. was set up, occupying a new pavilion of 2,000 m2 in Gizaburuaga, dedicated to production (automation, painting and packaging) and another plant of 1,000 m2 in Bérriz (commercial and end-product). At present the B.lux Group directly employees 50 people with a global turnover of almost €10 million, of which 40% is distributed across more than 40 countries worldwide.
